Summary

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end deal cycle with target TradFi institutions and large Web3 organizations to drive capital deals for NUVA’s products.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at banks, funds, asset managers, institutions, DAOs, and/or major protocols / foundations.
  3. Develop pitches, financial models, and deal structures that address the investment needs of different institutional segments.
  4. Lead negotiations from first contact through final closing, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing account management for institutional clients.

What we’re looking for:

  1. 3-5 years of dedicated experience in institutional sales roles within the Finance or Web3 industry
  2. Demonstrable success in sourcing, structuring, and closing deals with institutional partners.
  3. Deep established network among large asset managers, funds, banks, DAOs, and/or large Web3 protocols / foundations.
  4. Deep interest in and strong understanding of financial products, Web3, RWA and DeFi.
  5. Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented: able to drive initiatives from sourcing through closing and post-sale management.
  6. Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese are a plus. Additional languages are preferred.
  7. Strong teamwork skills with ability to work with teams including legal / compliance, art / design, product etc.
  8. Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
