Role: The motion graphic designer will work on the videos and rich social media posts 

Your role will involve:

> Conceptualization and Design:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts for videos and social media posts.
• Design visually compelling and dynamic motion graphics for various projects.

> Video Production:

• Create and edit videos, ensuring high-quality production that aligns with the brand's visual identity.
• Incorporate animations, effects, and transitions to enhance video content.

> Social Media Presence

• Design captivating visuals for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate relevant design elements into posts.

> Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketing, and branding teams.
• Incorporate feedback from team members to refine designs and achieve project goals.

> Software Proficiency:

Utilize industry-standard software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphic design work (academic projects included).
• Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
