Summary

This position is available in Bratislava. 

What will you be working with?

1. Oversee and optimize Microsoft Azure virtual infrastructure, Windows Servers, and Microsoft 365.
2. Microsoft 365 Services including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams.
3. Regularly implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for efficient management and automation.
4. Administer and enhance Active Directory (Entra ID and On-Prem), Group Policies.
5. Oversee integration and operation of internally developed and externally procured software components.
6. Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives, including Microsoft Defender and Intune MDM, to secure endpoints, mobile devices, and company resources.
7. Collaborate closely with development, security, networking, and management teams, providing mentoring and sharing technical knowledge.
8. Automate tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency, creating detailed documentation to support knowledge sharing.
9. Advise stakeholders on strategic technology decisions, system roadmaps, and solution identification aligned with long-term business objectives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or completed relevant IT apprenticeship.
2. Deep technical expertise in at least 5 of the following:
3. Windows Azure VM administration
4. Microsoft Entra ID and On-Prem Active Directory
5. PowerShell scripting or similar automation technologies
6. Administration of Azure Virtual Desktop
7. Windows DNS Administration
8. Windows File Server Administration
9. Experience in various Azure Services (Storage, Keyvault, Update Management, Backups, Governance and more..)
10. Entra ID Authentication (App Registration, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM..)
11. Windows Certificate Authority (check naming)
12. Microsoft 365 Services (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams_)_
13. Exchange Online Hybrid Setup Including Mail Authentication and Security
14. Microsoft SQL Server & Azure SQL Server
15. Advanced knowledge of Group Policy management and device management with Intune MDM
16. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and balance urgent requests with ongoing projects.
17. Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
18. Fluent in English (written and spoken); German proficiency desirable.
19. A proactive, positive problem-solver comfortable driving decisions, changes, and improvements across international and cross-functional teams.
20. Hands-on experience deploying, managing, and optimizing all necessary components to run applications in a cloud environment effectively.
