Summary

The Arbitrum Foundation marketing team is seeking a Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager, who will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of the Arbitrum ecosystem. Assisting the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing operational processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve key business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of Web3 industry trends, blockchain technology, a passion for driving innovation and drive to learn new skillsets. 

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams of community managers and other marketing subject matter experts to drive the adoption of Arbitrum tech stack and Stylus as well as engagement on key initiatives.
  2. Conduct analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
  3. Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, paid advertising, etc.).
  4. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  5. Streamline marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization.
  7. Oversee the implementation of marketing technologies and tools.
  8. Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform the entire organization and help stay ahead of the curve.
  9. Ensure timeline reporting of campaign results and learnings to the leadership and cross-functional teams.
  10. Work closely with product, dev rel and business development teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  11. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  12. Track the performance of various community engagement programs such as the Ambassador Program, and KOL marketing and readjust the resource allocation based on their performance.

What You'll Need

  1. 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, preferably in a technology or blockchain-related industry.
  2. Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  4. Experience with marketing analytics and measurement tools.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Passion for the future of blockchain technology and the Arbitrum ecosystem.

Nice to Have

  1. Experience working with decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) or blockchain projects.
  2. Experience with content marketing and SEO.
  3. Familiarity with marketing automation and measurement tools.
