Summary

What you'll do

1. Responsible for user growth operations such as attracting new users, active users, user retention in South Asia, work on operation strategies and plans for user engagement, transaction promotion, etc., and be responsible for the implementation of the plan, and be responsible for the operation results
2. Analyze user data, refine user tags, manage users hierarchically, and perform refined user operations throughout the life cycle
3. Efficiently collaborate with BD, launch, marketing, product and other teams to formulate regional growth strategies and plans, and promote the achievement of landing execution assistance indicators

What you'll need

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 2 years of experience in blockchain or user operation.
2. Sensitive to data, with strong data analysis and operational strategy capabilities, good at driving operational decisions through data analysis.
