Role Summary
The Market Manager position requires a candidate with at least 5 years of internet-related marketing experience, including 2 years in the Web3 industry. They should possess a unique methodology for promoting B2B products, strong communication and execution skills, and entrepreneurial spirit. English proficiency is required, and the ideal candidate should be based in Beijing.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Understand the Web3 industry and be familiar with market dynamics
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including the operation of major distribution channels and user growth
- Participate in the company's overall development planning and provide decision-making support and advice
- Monitor market dynamics, timely identify potential partners and clients, and provide leads and support for BD
Required Skills/Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of internet-related marketing experience, including at least 2 years in the Web3 industry
- Skilled at discovering and exploiting new traffic opportunities, familiar with Web3 market promotion, and possessing a unique methodology
- Possess marketing ideas and strategies for B2B products, accurately grasping the company's positioning based on market analysis
- Intelligent, insightful, strong communication and execution skills, adept at integrating multiple resources and delivering results
- Possess ample entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy challenges, and be a long-term thinker
- English can be used as a working language
- Preferably based in Beijing (expected base in Beijing)
