Summary

About The Role: 

We are looking for an experienced P & L Manager at CoinSwitch to manage the CoinSwitch PRO User interface (UI) business. You will be the one responsible for the improving market share and revenue of CoinSwitch UI to maximize trader appeal. As an excellent P & L Manager, you must have extensive experience in understanding trader needs. You must have product sense, data orientation and a willingness to talk to traders to gather feedback and influence product decisions.

What You Will Do:

• Own, manage and improve market share of User interface business
• Identify demand and supply  initiatives to improve market share
• Work with growth, analytics, product, business finance, exchange teams to implement the identified initiatives 
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve acquisition, retention of high value traders 
• Work closely with power traders to improve their trading volume on the platform
• Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
• Work on competitive analysis to ensure CoinSwitch PRO stays ahead of competition
• Work with the product team to build industry defining products, introduce new categories and capabilities
• Partner with finance to create the right set of value propositions to drive growth
• Build a community outreach program to actively solicit feedback and be on top on trends

What You Should Have:

• 3-4 years of proven experience in owning product categories in fast paced startups
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision
• Strong understanding of the fintech space (crypto preferred)
• Familiarity with diverse business functioning such as growth, finance, product etc.
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
