Summary

What you'll do

1. Responsible for the spot leverage business, including but not limited to the design, launch, operation and optimization of leveraged trading products.
2. Through data analysis, gain insight into user behavior, formulate and promote user growth strategies, improve the core data indicators and user conversion of leveraged business, and ensure healthy business growth.
3. Track market trends, analyze competitors' leveraged products, promote product function optimization and experience upgrades, improve user satisfaction and stickiness, and product market competitiveness.
4. Collaborate with the customer support team to solve problems encountered by users during leveraged trading and improve user experience.
5. Monitor key indicators of leveraged business (such as trading volume, user activity, risk exposure, etc.), formulate and implement risk control strategies for leveraged business, and ensure that the business operates under the premise of compliance and controllable risks.

What you'll need

1. At least 2 years of work experience in leveraged business of digital currency exchanges, and those with work experience in large digital currency exchanges are preferred.
2. In-depth understanding of market, leveraged trading, risk management, financial derivatives and other related knowledge. Possess strong data analysis ability and be able to drive business decisions through data.
3. Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to collaborate efficiently with internal teams and external partners.
4. Have a certain ability to withstand pressure and have a strong sense of purpose. Be able to reasonably split goals and promote project implementation. Result-oriented, with strong driving ability.
5. Chinese and English can be used as working languages.

Job requirements:

1. At least 2 years of working experience in leveraged cryptocurrency exchange business. Candidates with working experience in large cryptocurrency exchange will be preferred.
2. In-depth knowledge of markets, leveraged trading, risk management, financial derivatives, etc. Possess strong data analysis skills and be able to drive business decisions through data.
3. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
4. Possess a certain level of pressure resistance and a strong sense of purpose. Able to rationally divide goals and promote project implementation. Results-oriented and with strong driving ability.
5. Chinese and English can be used as working languages.
