You can join Coinmetro as Lead Backend Developer. Coinmetro is a crypto exchange from Estonia with a 70+ people international team. You will be part of a scale-up that is moving the crypto industry forward and is embracing regional regulations (Coinmetro is an EU-licensed exchange and holds active registrations with regulators in the USA and Australia).

You would lead the Coinmetro backend development team

• Lead the backend team
• Write good backend code and follow internal code standards
• Organize your own work, and follow internal workflows (JIRA, GitHub)
• Independently solve smaller tasks and bugs, and collaborate in a team on bigger epics
• Occasionally take ownership of epics (plan, delegate, collaborate, code review & report)
• Collaborate directly with relevant people from other departments as required
• Participate in improving our internal linter, scripts, code standards, and workflows
• Proactively look out for security, performance, and maintainability issues
• Provide mentorship for Junior Backend Developers
