Summary
This role requires talent with P2P experience.
Responsibilities
- Set-up, sustain and manage the Latin America P2P business, P2P local operations, product localisation and facilitate on regulatory matters
- Collect local users, communities feedbacks and competitors' insights to optimize our service offering
- Explore collaboration opportunities with local P2P partners, blockchain/crypto communities, associations to expand P2P awareness in LATAM market
- Exploring more P2P related partnership
- Design and implement go to market strategies to boost P2P volume growth, facilitate content building and promotion strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with regulators, banks and payment partners
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current regulations to provide strategic advice
Requirements
- 6+ years of proven success in a similar role within BD or Business Growth role at blockchain/crypto company, financial institution or bank LATAM
- Deep understanding of local communities and crypto space in LATAM
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
