Summary

What you'll do

  1. Maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients, provide 1-on-1 professional support, deeply explore client needs, and continuously identify new cooperation opportunities to expand engagement and increase trading volume.
  2. Manage and maintain all Telegram groups, resolve daily business and technical issues for clients.
  3. Set up and maintain client accounts, including fee tiers, rate limits, VIP channels, etc.
  4. Handle daily client inquiries, including account issues, trading data requests, product and campaign consultations, and share platform activity calendars.
  5. Communicate important updates to clients in a timely manner, such as policy changes, API upgrades, etc., ensuring they are up to date on platform developments.
  6. Effectively manage and resolve client complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

What you'll need

  1. Must be based in the Asia region to cover key accounts.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  3. For KA roles in Asia, fluency in either Korean or Japanese is required.
  4. Solid understanding of institutional client needs within the exchange or trading platform context.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; capable of providing both emotional and business value. Able to quickly identify and meet client needs.
