Summary
What you'll do
- Maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients, provide 1-on-1 professional support, deeply explore client needs, and continuously identify new cooperation opportunities to expand engagement and increase trading volume.
- Manage and maintain all Telegram groups, resolve daily business and technical issues for clients.
- Set up and maintain client accounts, including fee tiers, rate limits, VIP channels, etc.
- Handle daily client inquiries, including account issues, trading data requests, product and campaign consultations, and share platform activity calendars.
- Communicate important updates to clients in a timely manner, such as policy changes, API upgrades, etc., ensuring they are up to date on platform developments.
- Effectively manage and resolve client complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
What you'll need
- Must be based in the Asia region to cover key accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- For KA roles in Asia, fluency in either Korean or Japanese is required.
- Solid understanding of institutional client needs within the exchange or trading platform context.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; capable of providing both emotional and business value. Able to quickly identify and meet client needs.
