Summary

Flipster is seeking an experienced professional from the crypto industry to join the key account support team.  This role will leverage relationship management experience, client servicing skills, combined with comprehensive knowledge of the Flipster platform and crypto trading at large, to support and retain VIP retail users. The Key Account Manager will drive building relationships, open communication channels and champion the user experience in order to foster growth on the Flipster platform.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for users.
2. Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and an understanding of their needs.
3. Identify growth opportunities for clients and acquire resources to help realize these opportunities.
4. Assist clients in navigating Flipster’s product offerings and changes on the platform. 
5. Analyze user behavior, track status, uncover hidden needs, and write key customer analysis reports for major clients.
6. Managing escalation and follow up of VIP enquiries with internal stakeholders.
7. Administrative record keeping and reporting.
8. Other projects and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Strong experience in account management or relationship management roles within financial/trading institutions.
2. Product knowledge from working in exchange, broker, or trading firms.
3. Experience in a front-facing customer service environment.
4. Strong client management skills, including maintaining strong relationships, organizing client profiles, and incentivizing client activities.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible in a variety of situations.
6. Strong attention to detail.
7. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
8. Ability to work under pressure with a team in a 24/7 trading environment.

Preferred

1. Korean language proficiency is preferred.
2. Passionate about crypto, with industry experience highly preferred.
