Summary

We are looking to hire a Junior Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source trends, ideate and execute generating various organic brand-related images and video content
• Create a marketing calendar for organic content and participate in generating Twitter and Instagram feed posts, reels, stories, and TikTok videos
• Expertise in navigating Twitter, Discord, Instagram, and TikTok platforms
• Engage with followers on social media accounts and manage the brand's voice
• Analyse and improve social media metrics (traffic, engagement, followers, impressions, etc.) using social media management tools
• Research market trends and identify areas for improvement
• Find influencers and support creative initiatives
• Report on the outcome of your concepts with analysis rooted in metrics

Requirements:

• 0+ years of relevant working experience in social media and digital marketing
• Skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
• Knowledge of filming and comfortable appearing on camera
• Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and eCommerce
• Experience working in or interest in consumer products industry highly preferred
• Proactive, positive, and humorous with a high standard of ownership and investment in the outcome
• Deep understanding of the web3 and NFT ecosystem and knowledge of social games is a plus
• Strong communication and English speaking skills
• Experience in using publishing, analytics, and social media management tools to create content and drive engagement
• Ability to execute campaigns, set KPIs, define responsibilities, and report on performance
