Summary

As a Junior Multimedia Designer integrating the Tether marketing design team, you will support the creation of multimedia visual content across UX/UI, video, motion, and print. You will help design engaging digital and print assets that tell stories, showcase products, and bring our brands to life with high-quality standards.

Working closely with a highly skilled, cross-functional team, you will learn by doing—contributing to real projects while developing your creative, technical, and conceptual skills. Responsibilities

1. Support the design and execution of cross-platform visual projects under guidance from senior designers
2. Show proactivity, ownership, and a willingness to learn, with clear and proactive communication within the team
3. Assist in delivering high-quality creative assets aligned with current design and technology trends
4. Help translate creative and strategic direction into clear digital and visual outputs
5. Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders across projects
6. Ensure consistency and quality across formats and platforms, following established guidelines
7. Explore and experiment with new tools, styles, and AI-driven workflows to grow creative skills
8. Manage assigned tasks and deadlines effectively, with support when needed
9. Experiment with formats, styles, and effects to create engaging and memorable content

Job requirements

1. Initial experience or a strong portfolio showing creative digital and print visual design for brands, projects or concept
2. Interest in and early experience with AI-driven design tools
3. Basic to solid skills in video, motion, and multimedia design for web and social platforms
4. Familiarity with web and landing page visual design, with a willingness to learn UX best practices
5. Good understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy for screen-based design
6. Working knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
7. Curiosity and openness to feedback and iteration
8. Strong attention to detail and care for visual quality
