POSITION OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a Junior Crypto Trader to join our team, playing a key role in driving capital growth and contributing to the evolution of trading software products. The perfect candidate will have a strong quantitative background, a firm commitment to fiduciary duties, and a proactive approach to capitalizing on opportunities in the crypto market. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the freedom to work autonomously, leading trading strategies and making significant contributions to our overall success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage crypto asset portfolios and execute trades.
• Conduct daily trading desk activities, including PnL, execution, position reconciliation, risk management, optimization, and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry news and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with fellow traders and our software development team, actively contributing to the development of our trading tools, systems, and infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year of proven trading experience in areas such as Trading/Financial Services/Brokerage.
• Background in STEM fields, including a diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated a profitable track record in trading, whether through backtesting, algorithmic trading, or manual live-trading methods.
• Prior experience in crypto market making, Forex, and derivative trading is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in crypto markets.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, with advanced proficiency in the English language.
