Summary

Build a sustainably profitable, content‑consumption product on iOS powered by AI image generation. Bring users in, communicate value clearly, and make monetization solid: lower CAC, higher pay conversion & LTV, and a faster experimentation cadence.

Key Challenges You’ll Tackle

  1. Fast creative fatigue & short conversion windows in image‑gen: how do we establish a high‑frequency, small‑batch rapid experimentation engine?
  2. Moment of delight” to pay: design the cadence and copy from Onboarding → First Generation → Preview → Paywall to turn “wow” into “buy.”
  3. Cost / quality / latency trade‑offs: make pragmatic choices across models & inference (in‑house vs. third‑party APIs), supplier costs, and user experience.
  4. Moderation & compliance: operate safely and convert well under NSFW and likeness/IP policies.

What You’ll Own (End‑to‑End)

  1. Product & funnel

     Map the full iOS funnel (Store → Install → Onboarding → First Generation → Preview → Paywall → Subscription → Retention). Deliver wireframes/prototypes, analytics instrumentation, and dashboards.

  1. Conversion & pricing
  2. Design subscriptions (Intro Offers, Offer Codes, trials). Manage paywalls (timing, frequency, variants) and run A/B tests via Remote Config/Feature Flags.
  3. User acquisition
  4. Build Apple Search Ads (ASA) account structure (brand/category/competitor keywords), CPP (Custom Product Pages) and PPO (Product Page Optimization) flows; coordinate TikTok/Meta/Snap/KOL to establish a creative pipeline and asset pool.
  5. Attribution & data
  6. Use SKAdNetwork 4+ plus in‑app events to define and track core metrics (CPI, Install→Trial, Trial→Paid, LTV, refund rate, generation success rate, generation latency). Build an experiment playbook and weekly reports.
  7. Content & models
  8. Plan a high‑conversion template matrix (avatars, anime, portraits, ID photos, product shots, restoration/upscaling, background removal/replacement, outfit change, etc.). Manage vendors and costs; define SLOs for image quality / speed / cost.
  9. Cross‑functional cadence
  10. Partner with Design, ML/Backend, Content, UA, and Support to run a stable weekly growth rhythm (prioritize → experiment → review).

What We’re Looking For

  1. New grads welcome!
  2. 1–2 years in consumer iOS growth/marketing/product preferred; hands‑on with subscriptions (IAP/StoreKit 2) and funnel optimization.
  3. 100+ A/B tests run; able to specify goals, sample size/MDE, and stopping rules.
  4. Familiar with ASA/ASO/CPP/PPO/SKAN 4+; experience with account structure and reporting.
  5. Product intuition for AI image generation: text‑to‑image / image‑to‑image, style models, LoRA, upscaling, face protection/safety; understand inference cost vs. experience trade‑offs.
  6. End‑to‑end execution: PRD, tracking specs, prototypes, post‑experiment reviews.
  7. Solid data basics (SQL a plus); can compute LTV/CAC/price elasticity.
  8. Clear communicator in Chinese & English; results‑driven; able to slice complex problems into one‑week deliverables.

Nice to Have

  1. Creative pipeline / “creative pool” methodology for TikTok/Meta; built UGC/KOL share loops.
  2. Domain experience in AI avatars/portraits/restoration/product photos, with moderation/risk control know‑how.
  3. Experience with staged rollout, Remote Config/Feature Flags; maintained a paywall component library and copy library.
