Summary

Anchorage Digital is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Representative to join our team in Asia and drive new growth across our full suite of products and services, including regulated custody & staking, self-custody, brokerage, settlements, and crypto financial services.

We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Institutional Sales Representative, Asia role:

Technical Skills:

  1. Drive sales efforts in Asia for Anchorage Digital, originating new mandates across all business lines and client types.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

  1. Generate and close a pipeline of opportunities across all of Anchorage Digital’s business lines and build meaningful long-term relationships with our clients.
  2. Work with senior management to create a targeted strategy for the Asia region, leveraging all of the internal resources available, from marketing, to business operations and client experience.

Org Knowledge, Crypto Conviction, and Start-up Mentality:

  1. Act as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital, participating in industry events, building a network of clients and industry peers.
  2. Collaborate across all departments, from legal to product, client experience, compliance etc. to effectively close deals and provide the best experience to our clients.

Communication and Influence:

  1. Lead client or product specific campaigns or projects that will drive new business and enhance the Anchorage Digital offering.
  2. Partner closely with Product to share client feedback and represent the interests of our clients in Asia.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

  1. Work experience in enterprise software or financial services sales with companies that have headquarters in the United States of America, and deep experience in the crypto industry.
  2. Extensive network of Asia crypto participants.
  3. Strong technical knowledge and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrencies, including staking and governance.
  4. Enjoy working in a fast paced, start up environment.
  5. Excellent communication skills and sales acumen.

Although not a requirement, bonus points if:

  1. Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  2. Language skills: Fluent command of English and native Mandarin to interact with clients and prospects.
  3. You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
