Summary

As the Global Head of Solutions Engineering at BitGo, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of solutions engineers to drive the successful implementation and integration of our digital asset solutions for clients. This role combines technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital assets to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing a globally distributed team comprising of Solution Architects and Solution Engineers 
  2. Lead and drive technical and product aspects for pre and post sales activities such as product education, solution architecture, implementation, onboarding, delivery, etc.
  3. Continuous client relationship management that includes understanding client’s business requirements, expectations and technical support
  4. Collaboration and partnership with our Sales, Product Management, Risk, Compliance and Engineering Teams contributing to development of new product features
  5. Provide data and feedback on go to market strategies
  6. Manage the DDQ / RFx process

Required:

  1. 12+ years in an enterprise client facing technical role as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer, Implementation Manager, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or similar
  2. Familiarity with multiple coding and scripting languages including javascript and typescript
  3. Demonstrated understanding of technical subjects and concepts including web services and applications, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, SDKs, etc.
  4. Previous experience in pre-sales, post-sales and professional services
  5. Strong experience with leading and managing client engagements and projects
  6. RFx/ DDQ experience - working with other SMEs to formulate relevant responses
  7. Experience with global customers across tiers and market segments
  8. Extremely high professionalism - client and colleagues love working with you
  9. Clear and effective verbal and written communication and comprehension
  10. Ability to self-manage and use best professional judgment as needed
  11. Very high interest in blockchain, cryptocurrencies and financial services and products
  12. Bachelor’s degree in CS or related STEM field, or equivalent years of professional experience

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $200,000 - $240,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
