Summary

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale Bitget Wallet's growth globally across organic, paid, and partnership channels.

You will act as the overall head of growth for Bitget Wallet, responsible for building the acquisition and monetization engine end-to-end. You will manage a growing team, source and manage external agencies and vendors, and own the growth budget. Working closely with the CMO, regional teams, PMMs, and cross-functional partners, you will drive measurable improvements in user growth, revenue, and profitability through rigorous experimentation and channel scaling.

What you'll do

1.Organic Growth

  1. Own and scale organic acquisition across Search (SEO/ASO), AI engine visibility (LLM platforms, AI-powered content), and owned media (content, community, social, email/push).
  2. Build compounding organic systems, not just campaign-driven spikes.

2.Paid Growth

  1. Build and run paid acquisition across display, banner, and performance marketing ads across all funnels.
  2. Own channel mix, budget allocation, and efficiency targets; make scale-up or pause decisions based on data.
  3. Source, onboard, and manage agencies and vendors.

3.Partnership & Affiliate Growth

  1. Consolidate and scale partnership marketing: affiliates, creators, KOLs, ambassadors.
  2. Design partnership structures with clear attribution and measurement frameworks.
  3. Collaborate with regional BD and operations teams to drive growth outcomes from these channels.

4.Experimentation

  1. Run structured experiments across emerging growth levers (outbound, referral, product-led hooks, and others).
  2. Maintain a testing backlog, run short-cycle sprints (test → measure → scale or kill), and systematize what works.

5.Growth Infrastructure & Playbooks

  1. Build attribution dashboards and funnel analytics that enable fast, accurate decision-making.
  2. Run retrospectives to identify effective channels and key bottlenecks, and drive optimization.
  3. Consolidate learnings into reusable playbooks to support cross-regional scaling.

What we need

  1. 5–10+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role owning budget, team, and outcomes.
  2. Proven track record growing a B2C fintech or Web3 product from early traction through scale, with accountability for measurable results (users, conversion, cost, revenue, quality).
  3. Proven experience driving growth across global markets.
  4. Strong data and analytics capability: thinks in funnels, cohorts, LTV/CAC, and attribution; able to build hypotheses from data and make fast investment decisions.
  5. Strong execution and project management skills: able to align cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and drive initiatives forward on schedule.
  6. High English proficiency as working language; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
