About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Growth Manager to join our innovative Web3 agency and drive strategic growth initiatives. This remote position offers the flexibility of part-time work with a clear pathway to full-time employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

1. Be the main point of contact with clients 
2. Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for Web3 clients and internal projects
3. Manage marketing teams, including content managers, KOL managers and community managers
4. Manage the execution of high quality content plans while being able to step in with copywriting and content management if necessary. 
5. Identify and pursue partnership opportunities and manage co-marketing
6. Identify and organize AMAs and Podcasts for clients 
7. Create and implement user acquisition campaigns tailored to clients target’s audiences
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product-market fit for Web3 solutions
9. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the blockchain infrastructure space
10. Track, analyze, and report on growth metrics and KPIs

Required Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years of experience working in the similar position in Web3/blockchain industry (portfolio required) 
2. Deep understanding of decentralized finance, experience working with DeFi projects
3. Strong familiarity with Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain networks (Ethereum, Solana, Base, etc.)
4. Experience with Web3 marketing tools and analytics platforms (Cookie3, Kaito, etc)
5. US timezone availability for team collaboration and client meetings
6. Excellent analytical skills with experience in growth metrics and data analysis
7. Strong communication and presentation skills
8. Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, Tech 
2. Experience in TradFi
3. Connections with crypto KOLs, podcasts, and media
4. Understanding of tokenomics and Web3 GTMs 
5. Experience with community building and developer relations
