Summary

What You’ll Do

1. Drive user growth strategies in Argentina by planning, executing, and monitoring initiatives targeting new users, active users, and trading volume.
2. Localize and shape the company's positioning in Argentina, especially around UEX (crypto, MT5, stocks, RWA) and Bitget's evolving product strategy.
3. Strategic Marketing Execution: Plan and execute high-impact marketing and growth initiatives (online and offline) across our distribution channels, including brand sponsorships, community, and strategic events.
4. Affiliate Expansion and Management: Identify, support, and build strategic affiliate partnerships, including KOLs, VIPs, trading communities, and institutional contacts.
5. Data Analysis: Oversee the full user journey from the top funnel to the bottom funnel. Analyze user behavior, segment users effectively, and optimize conversion, engagement, and lifetime value through data-driven decisions.
6. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments in Argentina. Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to regional leadership.
7. Compliance Alignment: Ensure all growth efforts are aligned with local regulatory requirements and standards.

What You’ll Need

1. Fluency in English and Spanish.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher; 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, commercial operations, or related roles within fintech, brokerage, crypto, or financial services.
3. Strong understanding of Argentina's local market landscape and regulatory environment.
4. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills with strong ownership, accountability, and execution ability.
5. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
