Summary

As a Growth Data Analyst within our Analytics org at Sorare, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our product and marketing teams through in-depth analysis, reporting, metric design, and testing and experimentation. You will work closely with cross-functional product and marketing teams to derive actionable insights from data, enabling data-driven decision-making to enhance user experience and drive business growth

As a Growth Data Analyst at Sorare, you will :

1. Conduct thorough analysis of user acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion performance
2. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights to product and marketing teams.
3. Collaborate with product teams to define and implement relevant KPIs
4. Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features and user flows
5. Provide recommendations based on experiment results to drive product improvements.
6. Work closely with product managers, engineers, growth managers and UX/UI designers to align data insights with product development goals. You will need to communicate findings in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with the data engineering team to optimize data models in dbt

The ideal candidate:

1. 4+ years of data analysis experience in a product-focused environment
2. BA/BS in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline
3. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
4. Experience with A/B test design, implementation, and measurement
5. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Heap) is a plus
6. Excellent spoken and written communication skills and the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable way
7. You are a team player who collaborates with empathy and respect
8. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
