Summary

As the Global Head of Bitpanda Financial Products, you will act as a mini-CEO for the Stocks & Derivatives business line, driving revenue growth, product adoption, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for strategic leadership, financial performance, and execution to ensure the business line scales successfully. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with teams across product, marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring alignment with Bitpanda’s long-term vision.

About the Team

The Stocks & Derivatives business line is a key pillar of Bitpanda’s ecosystem, providing retail investors seamless access to fractional stocks, ETFs, derivatives, and structured products. The Global Head of Bitpanda Financial Products is responsible for owning and scaling key revenue-generating segments, ensuring strategic execution, market fit, and financial success. As part of this team, you will work closely with leadership, country managers, product, and commercial teams to drive business performance.

What You’ll Do:

1. Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Stocks & Derivatives business line, acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) for product, commercial, and operational topics.
2. Drive financial performance, ensuring profitability through optimized pricing, revenue models, and cost efficiencies.
3. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the business line, aligning it with Bitpanda’s broader mission and financial goals.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, country managers, and operations, to enhance product adoption and customer lifetime value (CLV).
5. Monitor and analyze KPIs, including P&L, adoption, and customer satisfaction, adjusting strategies accordingly and identify market opportunities and drive innovation, launching new features and services tailored to customer needs.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 5+ years of experience in business line ownership, product management, or strategic leadership, preferably in traditional finance, fintech, or digital assets.
2. Proven track record of scaling stock or derivatives products with measurable financial impact and strong strategic and analytical mindset, with expertise in P&L management, market strategy, and execution.
3. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience driving cross-functional collaboration.
4. Deep understanding of equity markets, derivatives trading, structured products, and retail investing trends.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent Bitpanda at industry events and fluency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
