Summary

As our Global Banking Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our relationships with global banking institutions. Your strategic insights into banking, treasury management, correspondent banking, and payment operations will ensure robust partnerships and operational excellence aligned with our global growth strategies.

What You’ll Do

  1. Own and deepen strategic relationships with global banking partners, aligning with operational, regulatory, and commercial goals.
  2. Lead end-to-end onboarding, from due diligence to contract negotiation and seamless integration of new partners.
  3. Track and respond to market and regulatory shifts, identifying opportunities and mitigating emerging risks.
  4. Drive cross-functional collaboration with treasury, payments, compliance, and strategy to maximize value from banking relationships.
  5. Continuously improve banking services, infrastructure, and performance in line with our growth and innovation roadmap.

Who You Are

  1. 10 years’ experience in banking, treasury, and financial services, with a strong focus on relationship management across banks. Proven expertise in correspondent banking and navigating complex global financial ecosystems, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving cross-border collaborations
  2. Expert in navigating regulatory environments, optimising operations, and managing financial risk.
  3. Well-connected with a strong network of institutional banking partners and fintech stakeholders.
  4. Confident communicator and negotiator with a proven ability to influence at the executive level.
  5. Strategic operator who blends vision with execution—comfortable traveling and driving relationships on the ground.
