Role: Developer Fullstack (Developer Checklists)

Unit: Platform Ops

Role Mission: Tasks are easy to manage and report on.

Responsibilities:

• Checklists Rated : Develop system that drives teammates to do
  critical tasks timely as highlighted by checklists, which are realtime
  scored, updated and approved by supervisors, newcomers and bar raisers.
• Feedback loop : Create feedback system for teammates that suggests
  updates to their Checklists and Roles, reviewed and resolved by 2
  supervisors.
• Low latency : Streamline, Optimize,
  Speed-up (SOS) our internal modules by making sure that their output
  is consistent, fast and reliable. Make the average query execution
  latency less than 1 s.
• Code Review : Pro-actively
  hunting for business-logic errors, code errors and other vulnerabilities
  in the code, written by you and your colleagues.

Requirement skills and experience:

• Hard Skills: Django AND / OR React experience 2+ years (middle / senior).

• Stack: Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, Celery, Git, SQL (Postgre sql)
  AND / OR React, Redux, HTML5, SCSS, SASS, Typescript, Docker.
• Operations business processes automation experience.
• MIPT, ITMO degree as a strong advantage.
• Client-oriented.
• Wants to see how the story completed today will change teammates performance tomorrow.
• Eager to work with high-performers.
