Summary

About the role:

As the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis by working closely with Finance, Accounting, and the companys Functional Leads. This position offers unique visibility across the entire company, allowing you to serve as the key liaison between multiple departments and teams. You will transform your analyses into deep insights, communicate these findings to key stakeholders and leaders, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in the blockchain space, possess excellent financial modeling skills, and thrive in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close reporting and analysis
  • Maintain and update the company's financial model
  • Work cross-functionally across the company to create accurate forecasts, optimize spend, and review historical data
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision making
  • Identify and understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the blockchain and crypto space

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry
  • Strong understanding/interest in the blockchain and crypto ecosystem
  • Excellent financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Roll up the sleeves mentality and willingness to take on any task, big or small, to contribute to the company's success

Nice to haves:

  • CFA, CPA, or other relevant professional certifications
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Knowledge of data analytics and programming languages such as SQL and Python

Minimum full-time salary of $144,000 - $176,000. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including equity, tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type.
