We are looking for a Finance Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Finance team, which manages the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The team ensures accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulations and accounting standards while analyzing financial data. The goal is to provide stakeholders with timely and reliable financial information for educated decision-making. What you’ll be working on:

1. Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closing.
2. Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
3. Supporting annual audit processes and acting as the key liaison with external auditors and tax advisors.
4. Monitoring financial performance and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
5. Developing and maintaining strong internal controls, improving workflows, and implementing best practices.
6. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Legal) to provide financial insights for decision-making.
8. Leading and mentoring junior finance team members (leadership experience preferred but not mandatory).

About you:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance, ideally with exposure to both Taiwan regulations and international standards.
3. Solid understanding of IFRS, tax compliance, and audit processes.
4. Prior experience from Big 4 or financial services/crypto industry is a strong plus.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
7. Leadership experience is a plus — or at least the motivation to step up as a team lead.
8. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
