Summary
Customer acquisition and growth strategies
- Identify and target potential institutional clients, high net worth individuals (HNWIs), payment processors, PSPs and FinTechs,
- Join Coins' Fiat Currency Services. Design and execute a systematic sales process to convert prospects into active trading customers. Leverage data-driven insights to enhance acquisition strategies, streamline customer onboarding, and improve retention. Generate new business through networking, referral, and outbound sales programs. Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging customer needs and new opportunities in the fiat-to-crypto space.
Relationship Management and Retention
- Providing valuable market insights, liquidity solutions and tailored services to improve the client trading experience.
- Develop and implement loyalty programs and exclusive products to promote long-term customer retention.
Partnerships and market expansion
- Work with regional business teams to explore new market expansion opportunities and develop effective entry strategies.
- Represent Coins at industry events, conferences, and networking events to increase brand awareness and build relationships.
Trading and liquidity management
- Work closely with the OTC trading team to manage large fiat currency trades at competitive prices.
- Monitor customer trading activity and feedback to adjust pricing strategies and liquidity products across various fiat currency corridors.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure strict compliance with Coins’ global AML/KYC regulations and internal policies.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements in different jurisdictions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with fiat currency transactions.
What we expect from you
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales and account management in payments, cryptocurrency, fintech and traditional finance industries.
- Proven track record of lead generation and supporting client acquisition efforts.
- Fundamental understanding of fiat payment networks, cross-border transactions, and banking relationships in the context of cryptocurrency. Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a strong focus on customer service. Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.
- Ability to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis tools and CRM systems is preferred.
- More than 4 years of relationship management experience.
- Must have knowledge of cryptocurrencies/trading.
- Excellent analytical and financial skills with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate and communicate well with stakeholders.

- With more than 5 years of experience in business development, sales, and client management within the payments service industries.
