Summary

We're seeking a passionate Event & Campaign Specialist to plan and execute data-driven events to increase user acquisition, deposits, and transaction volume . Based on industry-leading compliance with regulations, including Travel Rules, you'll design campaigns that build trust with both retail (C2C) and institutional (B2B) users and encourage transactions on WOO X.

What You Will Do

1. Campaign Planning: We plan and execute customized regional campaigns and promotions for B2B and B2C segments, reflecting client needs and market trends.
2. Conversion Rate Optimization: Focus on increasing key metrics, particularly deposit growth and volume conversion rates.
3. Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance data and regularly optimize event content based on insights to maximize ROI.
4. Cross-departmental collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure a smooth event launch.

What You Bring

1. Experience: Practical experience planning and operating events/campaigns within the crypto, Web3, or fintech industries is preferred.
2. Core Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities to interpret user behavior data and improve operational strategies.
3. Language: Native Korean speaker (required) and able to communicate in English or Chinese to effectively run targeted regional campaigns.
4. Mindset: Proactive problem-solving skills, high ownership, and a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to Haves

1. Deep understanding of crypto trading behavior and exchange promotion mechanisms.
2. Experience scaling platforms with large user traffic and transaction volume.
