Satoshi is a AI Copilot developed by FalconX. It assist users with digital asset trading and investment on the FalconX 360 platform. It's capabilities include:

1. Providing market insights and news
2. Offering technical assistance
3. Supporting investment strategies
4. Updating on regulatory developments
5. Highlighting community activities and partnerships

Satoshi uses tools like web search and news fetching to deliver comprehensive and timely information.

What you’ll be working on:

1. Help your engineers grow their skills and experience
2. Improve product quality, security, and performance
3. Run agile project management processes
4. Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical contributions, product architecture, and other areas
5. Actively seek and hire globally-distributed talent
6. Conduct managerial interviews for candidates, and train the team to do technical interviews
7. Generate and implement process improvements
8. Hold regular 1:1s with all members of their team
9. Foster technical decision making on the team, but make final decisions when necessary
10. Draft quarterly OKRs and Engineering KPIs

Requirements

1. 7+years of overall experience is a must. Ideal to have experience in AI and Machine learning
2. 3+ years of experience into leadership role with current technical experience
3. Ability to code and In-depth technical experience in Python and/or Golang
4. Ability to do code reviews and manage technical expectations cross functionally
5. Exquisite brokering skills: regularly achieve consensus amongest departments
6. Familiarity with other functional areas of your team
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
