Our Engineering Managers are instrumental to the success of our engineering teams, and this is an incredible opportunity to play a key part in shaping SwissBorg's future. You will be managing our SRE and Platform teams, ensuring that everything works reliably, securely, and at scale.

1. Grow a healthy, collaborative, continuously improving engineering culture
2. Apply Tribal Leadership principles and maintain the team at level 4+
3. Organise the team rituals and ceremonies
4. Promote a culture of continuous improvement
5. Follow the Agile principles and be their first advocate
6. Make the mission of the team clear internally and externally

People Management

1. Coach engineers of all levels and individuals facing any work related challenges 
2. Be responsible for attracting, mentoring, supporting and retaining a team of top-notch engineers who design, build and support SwissBorg infrastructure
3. Onboard new members 
4. Attract and retain new talent
5. Ensure that our hiring processes are best aligned with the requirements
6. Work closely with all Engineering Managers to create hiring plans
