Requirements

1. At least 6 years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
2. Proven experience in managing the complete engineering and delivery lifecycle of a product, with strong customer empathy and the ability to balance product direction with engineering best practices.
3. Experience with complexities of developing large, distributed systems, and operating production platforms.
4. Excellent communication skills, enabling close collaboration with both internal and external partners on a wide range of technical and business topics.
5. Demonstrated servant leadership with a natural talent for inspiring and motivating others.
6. Capability to work effectively in a globally-distributed team with a strong sense of ownership.
7. Experience in coordinating technical stakeholders and making informed product decisions.
8. Experience in the blockchain/DeFi/Web3 space.
