Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile 

to join our dynamic team. This unique role blends the responsibilities of an engineering manager with the hands-on expertise of a senior engineer or technical architect. If you're a crypto-native professional with a passion for innovation, a deep technical acumen, and the ability to lead a small team while remaining deeply involved in coding and technical design, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

1. Technical Architecture: Collaborate to develop and design innovative technical specifications and solutions for complex product challenges
2. People Management: Lead/coach a small cross-stack team ( 2-4 engineers), including regular 1:1s and foster a engineering culture of high performance.
3. Building & reviewing: Manage and prioritize time to juggle hands-on coding, code-review, and providing technical direction to maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security.
4. Project and Task Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with the product vision and road map. 
5. Cross-Stack Expertise: dive deep with your team on cross functional technical challenges across backend, contracts, bots, and frontend.
6. Crypto-Native Expertise: Stay ahead of trends in DeFi and the interoperability space.

Requirements

1. 4+ years full-time experience in Engineering at a software or financial services technology organization
2. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and innovate within the constraints of the technology stack.
3. 3+ blockchain-based projects, ideally with some experience leading small teams 
4. Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects, from concept to deployment.
5. Experience in people management, with a focus on mentoring, career development, and fostering a collaborative team environment. 
6. We’re looking for forward-thinking individuals who are curious about, comfortable with, and eager to adapt to the evolving role of AI in modern work.
7. Our tech stack: Solidity, Typescript, GCP

Compensation and Benefits

1. Pay packages include competitive salaries & meaningful token options ($UMA and $ACX). Your token allocation may be utilized to govern our ecosystems, and may be eligible to earn rewards and grow over time as well.
2. Salaries for this role range from $130-200k (USD),
3. Will pay in stablecoins or fiat
