Summary
As a Director of Product Operations, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing MoonPay’s most strategic product initiatives—including complex M&A integrations and regulatory programs across global markets. You’ll act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and customer-facing teams, ensuring we deliver best-in-class experiences with precision and speed.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, operational rigor to scale, and empathy to decision-making. Whether integrating a newly acquired product, launching a regulated financial feature, or driving org-wide programs that improve product velocity, you’ll be central to how we build and ship at MoonPay.
🚀 What you will do
· Lead Strategic Launches Across the Business
Own end-to-end execution of MoonPay’s most critical product and operational launches—including new markets, regulatory rollouts, and internal or acquired product initiatives. Define clear milestones, align stakeholders, and deliver results
· Operationalize & Scale Our Partner Program
Build the foundational structure of MoonPay’s Partner Program across onboarding, technical integration, go-to-market coordination, and ongoing performance. Drive alignment across Product, Partnerships, Legal, Risk, and CX to deliver a world-class partner experience.
· Own M&A Integration Programs
Develop and run cross-functional integration roadmaps post-acquisition—ensuring technical harmonization, operational readiness, and cultural alignment across teams and product surfaces
· Establish Systems for Launch Readiness & Accountability
Create scalable frameworks for launch planning, async updates, risk tracking, and stakeholder ownership. Institutionalize rituals that improve predictability and reduce organizational drag.
· Create Tight Product Feedback Loops
Build and manage systems that collect actionable insights from users, partners, and customer-facing teams. Ensure these inputs shape roadmap prioritization and post-launch iteration.
· Unblock Decisions & Drive Alignment
Facilitate fast, informed decision-making across product, legal, and operational leaders. Elevate risks, resolve conflicts, and keep complex programs moving forward with clarity and calm.
