Robinhood is seeking a Director of Product Creative to lead the team behind some of the most distinctive and brand-defining moments inside our product. This team is responsible for the creative direction of high-impact, in-app experiences — from our signature swipe-to-trade interactions to strategic visualizations that help our users understand their investments. The Product Creative team sets Robinhood apart by blending design, motion, and storytelling to create experiences that feel uniquely ours. As the Director of Product Creative, you will lead the on-going evolution of our in-product visual language, helping to shape both near-term experiences and the long-term vision of how users engage with Robinhood products.

What you’ll do
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of craft excellence and innovation.
- Drive the creative strategy and execution for the most critical and high-visibility product initiatives.
- Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to concept and deliver best-in-class in-app creative experiences.
- Push the boundaries of product design with thoughtful animations, illustrations, and interaction models that elevate our user experience.
- Champion a high standard of creative execution that reinforces brand distinctiveness and elevates the in-product experience.
- Contribute to and advocate for cohesive visual systems by collaborating with design systems and brand teams to ensure creative alignment across platforms.
What you bring
- Proven experience leading product-focused creative teams within consumer tech or similarly dynamic environments.
- Deep expertise in motion design, product illustration, and interactive storytelling.
- Familiarity with design systems and libraries, and a track record of integrating them into high-quality, scalable creative work.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative leadership across shipped product experiences that are visually distinctive and user-centered.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and brand teams.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and focus the team on high-impact work.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. $224,000 - $264,000 USD

$199,000 - $234,000 USD
