You will work with diverse and global teams; including but not limited to the B2B & B2C Marketing teams, as well as CS and Account Managers. You will also get the exposure to partner with our global clients.
You will have the opportunity to create and execute Liven's social media strategies across multiple channels and platform.
- Demonstrated experience in a range of digital marketing technologies and analytics tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across an organisation and develop strong relationships and networks.
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Conduct thorough keyword research and optimise website content to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Monitor and analyse SEO performance metrics and making data-driven adjustments for better outcomes.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Strategise and execute paid search campaigns via platforms like Google Ads, crafting relevant ads and targeting tactics. Monitor campaign progress and optimise settings to achieve desired ROI and goals.
- Digital Advertising: Create, set up, and manage digital advertising initiatives across channels like Google Ads, social media platforms, and display networks. Monitor ad performance metrics, analyse data, and make strategic adjustments for improved outcomes.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies aligned with business objectives and audience preferences. Ensure content consistency with brand voice, message, and overall marketing strategies.
- Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to engage subscribers, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key metrics and generate reports to track the performance of campaigns. Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations to optimise ads.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
- Proactive and self-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights for optimisation.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights.
- Result-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
