Summary

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Previous experience working for exchanges
• Proficiency in social media and marketing strategies aimed at reaching a broad audience
• Worked in the CIS region
• Experience in campaign design (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), media outlets, and crypto platforms (encouraged)
• Demonstrated success in increasing social media followers and impressions
• Experience supporting Business Development teams
• Knowledge of organizing email campaigns (preferred but not mandatory)
• Collaboration with design teams to ensure cohesive content
• Proficiency in negotiation for potential future sponsorship opportunities (not currently required)
• Native Russian language proficiency
