Summary

What you'll do

1. Product Planning and Design: Deeply understand the on-chain derivatives market and be responsible for the requirements research, functional design, and iteration planning of on-chain derivatives growth products. Combine market trends to formulate product development roadmaps, implement continuous user growth strategies, and drive long-term user growth and retention.
2. Incentive Mechanism Design: Collaborate with the R&D team to design and implement core growth functions such as agent and broker mechanisms, fee mechanisms, and user incentive mechanisms.
3. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Continuously track mainstream DEX derivatives/DeFi projects and provide insights for product innovation.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration and Implementation: Coordinate across teams (R&D, Operations, Risk Control, Compliance, Business Development, etc.) to ensure timely product delivery and launch.

What you'll need

1. 3+ years of experience in derivatives growth products. Experience in product design such as points systems, agent systems, and token economics is a plus.
2. Deep understanding of the user profile and ecosystem of financial derivatives such as perpetual contracts.
3. Familiarity with customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies for DEX/DeFi protocols.

1. More than 3 years of experience in derivative growth products, with bonus points for experience in product design such as points systems, agent systems, and token economics.
2. Deepen understanding of the user profiles and ecosystem of financial derivatives such as perpetual contracts.
3. Familiar with DEX/DeFi protocol customer acquisition/conversion/retention strategies.
