Summary

Your role:

1. Market & Protocol Research: You will always be hunting for the next big thing. You will scout dozens of protocols and new primitives monthly and conduct in-depth research of the most promising ones. The goal is to identify attractive opportunities and assess the underlying risks.
2. Portfolio & Risk Management: Quantify and assess the technical and economic risks in specific crypto protocols. Collaborate with treasury teams and develop risk mitigation frameworks using cutting-edge technology providers and internal systems.
3. Growth & Engagement: Actively engage with the protocol teams either via direct contract or by participating in DAO governance forums and community platforms (X.com, Discord, Snapshot).
4. Strategic Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and research new growth opportunities.

1. Strong understanding of the core DeFi protocols primitives.
2. Experience in DAO governance and on-chain analysis.
3. Experience with yield farming strategies and various token distribution designs.
