Qualifications:
1. Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in customer support roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling customer queries, issues, and escalations effectively.
2. Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the crypto space.
3. Multichannel Support:
- Experience in providing support across various channels including email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Strong written communication skills for handling customer interactions on different channels.
4. Problem Solving:
- Proven ability to analyse and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Capacity to think critically and provide innovative solutions to customer problems.
5. Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry changes and advancements.
Technical Requirements:
1. Possess a personal computer or laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM.
2. Stable and high-speed internet connection with a minimum upload/download speed of 3-5 Mbps/10-20 Mbps.
3. Familiarity with and access to customer support tools and platforms such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
4. Comfortable working in a remote environment and equipped with necessary hardware for video conferencing and virtual collaboration.
