Summary

Company Background   1Token provides software solutions that help global Web3 financial institutions manage front-to-back office operations. A digital asset equivalent of Sungard / SS&C, 1Token serves 40+ institutional clients across APAC, EMEA, and North America, supporting core functions like portfolio & risk management, accounting & reconciliation, margin / lending lifecycle management, and various reporting and analysis.    During the COVID epidemic, 1Token acquired its 1st batch of institutional clients via online outreach. To further supplement our online coverage, we are looking to add locally based BD who will be responsible for local client coverage and lead generation in one of the strategic regions (HK / SG / London / NY)    Role Responsibility    - Move fast & gain market share quickly by systematically establishing contact with core decision makers at potential buy-side and/ or sell-side institutions - Introduce 1Token's solutions and functionalities based on precise and accurate understanding of clients' technology pain points and needs - Collaborate with exchanges / custody / fund admin on institutional leads generation  - Represent 1Token at important industry conferences and events (AIMA / SIFMA / MFA etc.)   Role Requirement    - Prior user knowledge or sales background in financial SaaS (ex. familiarity with PMS / RMS / OMS) - Prior experience in middle / back-office financial operations (ex. trading execution, recon, PnL analysis, risk parameters setting etc.) - Buy-side network in traditional / crypto finance (hedge funds, AMs, RIAs, treasury etc.)   - Priority is given to candidates who fulfill one or more of below     - sales roles at traditional financial SaaS firms like Enfusion, Murex, Refinitiv etc. - fund admin / audit serving traditional as well as crypto buy-side clients  - front-office institutional facing roles with academic /professional background in tech - sell-side middle/ back- office roles interested in moving to front- office institutional coverage    Role Long-term Development    - Deep involvement and understanding of the global Web3 financial industry and the various buy-side & sell-side business verticals - Industry resources and networks for first-hand knowledge and insight from leading institutions - Building personal KOL in a field of emerging asset   Compensation(For Reference)    -Compensation will consist of two parts: -base salary and sales commission -Base salary will match local market pay -US: USD 90k-120k / year -UK: GBP 60-80k / year -SG: SGD 7k-9k / month -HK: HKD 30k-50k / month -Sales commission will be a fixed % of deal closed -Estimated 40%-80% base after 1st year assuming 30-50 closed deal during 1st year -Installed monthly starting 1st month of client payment   Contact Us: overseas_recruitment@
