As a Business Development and KOL Manager at Bitunix, your primary objective is to drive the acquisition of new Key Opinion Leaders and significantly contribute to increasing trading volume on our platform. This role combines strategic planning, relationship-building, and performance analysis to enhance our market presence and facilitate sustainable growth.


1.KOL Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential Key Opinion Leaders in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard KOLs who align with our brand and vision.

2. Strategic Partnerships:

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, thought leaders, and industry experts to enhance our market position.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partnerships for mutual benefit.

3.Trading Volume Growth:

  • Devise and execute plans to significantly boost trading volume on the platform.
  • Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to inform growth strategies.

4.Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, fostering a collaborative and positive partnership environment.
  • Act as the main point of contact for KOLs, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth collaboration.

5.Performance Analysis:

  • Implement KPIs to measure the success of KOL acquisition and trading volume growth initiatives.
  • Regularly assess and report on the performance of KOL partnerships and trading volume metrics.

6.Market Research:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the cryptocurrency market.
  • Utilize market insights to guide business development strategies.


  • Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or a related role in the cryptocurrency industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and trading platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
