Duties/Responsibilities

Marketing & Community Building

1. Build product awareness and brand presence in the Korean market
2. Develop and maintain relationships with local trading groups and crypto communities
3. Organize and host local meetups, events, and educational sessions
4. Manage partnerships with media agencies, KOLs, and influencers

Business Development

1. Drive $DIME token listings on major Korean exchanges (long-term strategic goal)
2. Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to Korean user preferences
3. Onboard instiutional trading firms

Market Operations

1. Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments
2. Provide market insights and feedback to global product and strategy teams
3. Localize marketing materials and communications for Korean audience

Stakeholder Management

1. Coordinate with regional teams and headquarters on cross-border initiatives
2. Manage local vendor relationships and operational partnerships

Required Skills

1. Significant experience (4+ years) in the crypto, blockchain, Web3, or related fintech industries is crucial
2. Familiar with DEFI and deriviatives DEXs ("Perp" dexes) , the trading landscape on chain for DEXs
3. Strong existing networks within the local crypto community, including influencers, developers, and key industry contacts, are highly valued
