Summary

We're looking for a proactive and dependable Corporate Services Administrator to manage GSR’s offices in London, Zug, and Malaga. From facilities and supplies to travel and executive support, you’ll help ensure our global offices run smoothly and create a great working environment. You’ll also support leadership and collaborate with teams on internal and external events. This is a hands-on, highly visible role that touches all areas of office operations.

 

Responsibilities

Office Operations

  1. Manage the day-to-day running of offices in London, Zug, and Malaga
  2. Oversee vendor relationships, compliance checks, and health & safety standards
  3. Coordinate supplies, refreshments, and tech equipment with internal teams

People & Logistics

  1. Welcome visitors and new joiners, ensuring a professional and friendly environment
  2. Manage deliveries, shipping, and travel arrangements across the three regions

Events & Engagement

  1. Organise team socials and help deliver successful client and marketing events 
  2. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and catering services

Executive Support

  1. Support leadership with diary management, meetings, and travel 
  2. Organise Board meetings and improve internal admin processes

  2. Calm under pressure, always one step ahead of the team’s needs.

International Experience

  1. Comfortable working across regions and navigating different office cultures.
  2. Experience managing global office logistics is highly valued.

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Trusted to handle sensitive information with care.

Solutions-Oriented

  1. Proactive, adaptable, and quick to spot opportunities to improve processes

Tech-Savvy

  1. Confident using Google Workspace and open to learning new tools

Expected base salary: £50,000–£60,000
