Summary
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter with experience in both agency and in-house recruitment. In this role, you will drive talent acquisition strategies for corporate/business functions, and high-volume hirings.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Recruitment – Own and execute hiring strategies to fulfill headcount needs across multiple business lines
- Business Partnership – Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and leadership to align recruitment with business goals through projects
- Market Intelligence – Provide insights on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and salary benchmarks
- Process Optimization – Improve sourcing strategies, streamline recruitment operations, and coach junior recruiters
Who You Are
- 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record in hiring for corporate/business functions or high-volume roles (Customer Support, Sales, BD)
- Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and drive hiring decisions
- Crypto/Web3 experience is a plus
- Candidates should be authorised to work in the specific country
