Summary

BitGo is looking for a Compliance Analyst  who would be working from 2 AM to 11 AM IST and in a rotational shift to join our growing team in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

1. Work alongside the rest of our Compliance team on the implementation and execution of the compliance programs.
2. Identify and measure risks, and effectively monitor the business unit control environment.
3. Perform risk assessments of the compliance risks, and monitor the risk management process.
4. Support all aspects of the Periodic KYC program.
5. Analyze client information across multiple systems and processes.
6. Conduct due diligence reviews in accordance with the procedures to meet BSA/AML and OFAC compliance requirements.
7. Create and maintain metrics to support the Compliance program.

Required:

1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a compliance or risk management position.
2. Knowledge of BSA, AML, and KYC policies and procedures.
3. Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree or certification or relevant experience in the field.
4. Attention to detail, strong judgment, ethics, and decision-making skills.
5. Ability to work independently with minor supervision.
6. Ability to work in a highly collaborative startup FinTech environment.
