LCX is a secure and compliant platform for buying, selling, transferring, and storing digital currency. The LCX Exchange is a regulated trading venue offering a range of digital currencies. LCX is a Fintech company that focuses on tokenization of assets, utility and security token offerings and advanced trading tools. In 2020 LCX gained regulatory approval of 9 blockchain-related registrations by the Financial Market Authority. LCX was founded in 2018 with headquarters in Vaduz (Liechtenstein) and branches in Crypto-Valley Zug (Switzerland) and New Delhi (India). 

As a Community Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and nurturing our community of DeFi enthusiasts. Your primary focus will be on managing our product's Telegram channel and driving community engagement. We're seeking a candidate who not only possesses the required skills but also has a strong belief in our product and a genuine passion for DeFi.


  •  Manage and curate content on our product's Telegram channel, including updates, announcements, and engaging discussions.
  • Foster a supportive and positive community atmosphere by actively engaging with members, addressing queries, and resolving issues.
  • Organize and facilitate AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions and other community events to promote interaction and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and development teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with our product's goals.
  • Monitor and report on community sentiment, feedback, and emerging trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement growth strategies to attract and retain new community members.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze community engagement metrics, adapting your approach as needed to drive positive results.

Qualifications (MUST):

  • Strong knowledge of DeFi and cryptocurrency concepts.

  • Proficiency in managing and moderating Telegram channels.

  • Familiarity with the workings of DeFi products, with a specific emphasis on our product, Zealy.

  • A strong commitment to achieving high levels of community engagement.

  • Prior experience in community management or a related role.

  • Genuine belief in and passion for our product and mission.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
