Ripple is growing, and we're looking to hire an experienced Client Solutions Director based in London or Geneva. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with different departments like product, engineering and integration, to deliver enterprise solutions. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Ripple products, including Custody, Stablecoin, and Payments, effectively communicating the value propositions to Banks, Financial Institutions, and Crypto-Natives.
2. Collect business requirements, define scope, build designs and specifications.
3. Work with clients to understand where and how technology can assist them in meeting their objectives.
4. Own end-to-end RFx process on behalf of customer engagements.
5. Work closely with clients and internal teams to construct solution designs, cost estimates, and implementation plans spanning all systems involved.
6. Field queries, acting as the single point of contact for the new system, for both the client and internal teams for future designs, improvements, and strategic direction.
7. Own the product feedback loop from customer engagements.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2. 10 years working experience in either a pre-sales position within a Fintech or Digital Assets company.
3. Possessing strong technical competence with a natural curiosity and willingness to delve into complex technologies.
4. Confident and concise communication with excellent presentation skills.
5. A demonstrable passion for Blockchain and the Crypto industry, whether professional or personal.
6. An analytical approach that intuitively connects the dots.
7. A proactive, self-starter approach with an interest and knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech and crypto.
8. Out-of-the-box thinker, client advocate, and a doer.
9. Ability to work with Webhooks, REST APIs, and perform basic scripting tasks.
10. Knowledge and experience working with industry data standards (e.g., ACH, SWIFT, SEPA) is a plus.
