Job Description

Summary

You will be responsible for answering trading platform and cryptocurrency exchange-related enquiries, account registration and account management-related enquiries, promotion and event enquiries, troubleshooting platform issues, and managing escalation and follow-up of user enquiries. 

Responsibilities

  1. Handling user enquiries, including:
  2. Account registration and account management
  3. KYC-related enquiries 
  4. Promotion and Event-related enquiries 
  5. Wallet and asset-related enquiries 
  6. Managing escalation and follow-up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders
  7. Manage enquiries on trading platform usage from a technical perspective
  8. Community management and providing support across multiple channels

Qualifications

  1. Prior experience working in a cryptocurrency exchange 
  2. Experience with Zendesk, Slack and Sumsub
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
  5. Experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Experience managing enquiries from clients, investigating disputes and bug reporting

Preferred

  1. Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
  2. Community management or support experience
  3. Experience working at a high-growth startup/tech company
