Summary

GSR is seeking an experienced Client Services professional to join our Global Client Services team, a function that sits at the heart of our growth strategy. Client relationships are critical to GSR’s success, and this role will play a pivotal part in strengthening how we deliver value to our partners and ensuring their long-term success with us.

As a key member of a growing, high-profile team, you will help shape and scale our client service model globally — driving initiatives that directly support GSR’s strategic ambitions, deepen client engagement, and reinforce our reputation as one of the most trusted and tenured players in digital assets.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional client experience

Partner with Business Development and internal teams to ensure seamless client engagement across the full lifecycle — from onboarding through to ongoing relationship management and issue resolution.

Strengthen client insight and reporting

Manage client data, CRM updates, and reporting processes that provide actionable insights for internal stakeholders and support GSR’s strategic initiatives.

Enable growth through process excellence

Enhance internal controls, workflows, and service frameworks to ensure client servicing scales effectively with the firm’s expansion.

Collaborate across functions

Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Marketing to deliver client initiatives, support regulatory requirements, and contribute to firmwide growth objectives.

 

Must-haves

  1. 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or operations in financial services, fintech, or digital assets
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality reporting and insights.
  3. Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Eligible to work in the United States (US citizenship required).

Strong preference for

  1. Experience in a regulated environment (finance, asset management, broker, or crypto exchange).
  2. Direct exposure to digital asset markets and a strong understanding of the industry.
  3. Familiarity with CRM systems and data reporting tools.
  4. Background in asset management or capital markets.

  2. Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Business Development teams.

What we offer: 

Expected salary range: $100,000 - $120,000
